Okay, so MCNSA is officially over two years old.

MCNSA,

I don’t know about you – but MCNSA is kind of a big part of my life and has been an insane ride over the last two years. I remember starting this server after getting frustrated with most other servers and the quality of the experience presented. I wanted MCNSA to be different – and I’m shown time and time again how amazing this community is – which leads me to think I’ve done something right. feelsgoodman.jpg

I know there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes that most people on the server don’t realize. As we have grown, there have been changes that have had to happen. We had to get off my home box, we have custom plugins due to our amazing staff, we have a lovely partnership with the most feared “griefing team” of all time, we have a subreddit/Facebook group/website/Steam Group/something I’m sure I forgot. I’m so happy that I have had the chance on helping shape this great family we have. Without you guys, I’m not sure if I would drown in stress or swim in a worry free sea. Know this though, I love you guys.

So much has happened in my life, as well as I’m sure yours also. MCNSA has always been there for me, I hope we’ve shown the same kindness to you. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be what I am to MCNSA. HUGE MEGA thank you to ALL the staff, past and present. I could list everyone’s attributes, but we simply don’t have the time. Thank all of you for choosing MCNSA in whatever capacity you use it in. You’re amazing people and I can’t thank you enough.

Don’t forget that you possibly are moving somewhere that you wouldn’t have though about say you hadn’t started MCNSA.

My 1 year is coming soon and MCNSA has been a major part of my life. Thanks so much for providing an amazing experience! This community is ridiculously amazing. I hope it lasts a long time!

I’ve been here for almost 6 months now. Granted there was a long break in the middle of that when I went on vacation. But I just have to say that I’ve never been with a better community. The overall kindness and respect towards each other on this server is amazing. Whether they are a long standing member of the community, or a guest just logging in for the first time.

First time I logged on, I felt welcome and like it was a server where I could be me. I could build my projects, and socialize with a fantastic community at the same time. The mod staff is nothing but helpful with whatever problem you may have. I’d like to thank each and every one of you for the enjoyment you’ve given me on this server so far, and the enjoyment that is sure to come in the future. I’m honored to be a part of this community and this server.

Wow. I’ve been a part of mcnsa (albeit a small one) for well over a year and it feels great to know that people can still co-exist and meet friendly people online. Thanks for your continued hard work Nsan/staff!

Well shit, it’s almost my own two year anniversary on the server. I’ve enjoyed every moment of it, and while I know this sounds kind of stupid, I think my time here has definitely changed the way I think.

And another comment: two years is a fucking long time for an Internet community, especially a gaming one. That we’ve stuck around for so long actively is a testament to your hard work, San. Never forget that – this all thanks to you, and we love you for it.

I look back on the day that I joined, the 11th of October, 2011. For me it’s been a year now, and it’s actually my one year mark today! Anyway, I look back and see how I’ve changed because of my time spent with you guys. I’ve got a better sense of humour, and I find I can even interact with people I don’t know better. I thank you, nsan, and all the MCNSA staff for this and the fun times I’ve had. The one year I’ve been here has just been amazing. <3

Wow. It’s kind of crazy to think MCNSA is two years old. I’m at around my one year mark, and the server still feels fresh and new. I never spent any time on singleplayer before moving to multiplayer, and MCNSA was the first server I found, so, for me, “minecraft” = “MCNSA”.
